How do I take a screenshot?

A screenshot is a picture of what is currently displayed on your screen. The image will be saved on your computer as a file and can then be attached to emails you send to our support team. Close or reduce any other windows that may interfere with the image. Step 2: Click on the “Print Screen” button. This is usually located on the right side of the keyboard. Step 3: Open “Paint” or “Word” and press Ctril + V to paste the image. You can also choose the “Paste” option from the “Edit” menu. After this you will see that the image will appear in your document. Step 4: Save the file to your computer using a name that makes it easy to find. We also recommend saving it on your desktop for this purpose. Step 5: Attach this file to an email to [email protected] including any additional information about the error. To take a screenshot on a Mac, simply follow the steps below: Step 1: Make sure you want to take a screenshot of exactly what is currently on the screen. Click with the mouse to take a snapshot of the current screen image. The image will automatically save to the desktop with the date and time.
